Abstract This investigation focuses on the analysis of volumetric along with acoustic properties of the three-component mixture consisting of (2-Phenoxyethanol + Water + Sodium L-Ascorbyl-2-Phosphate/Magnesium Ascorbate), which were systematically examined at multiple temperatures by a Densimeter across a concentration range of (0.00, 0.01, 0.02, and 0.03) mol·kg −1 . Using experimental data, parameters such as apparent molar volume ( V ϕ ) , partial molar volume V ϕ 0 , apparent molar isentropic compression ( K ϕ , s ), and partial molar isentropic compression ( K ϕ , s 0 ) were determined. Additionally, transfer properties Δ V ϕ 0 , Δ K ϕ , s 0 , apparent molar expansibility ( E ϕ 0 ), its temperature derivative ∂ E ϕ 0 ∂ T P , and the coefficient of thermal expansion α P were also determined. Interaction coefficients for both Pair and triplet illuminate the important details about the interactions among the combinations. The results were interpreted by examining the molecular interactions within the liquid system using co-sphere overlap theory. Further, FTIR spectroscopy revealed significant shifts in transmittance peaks, indicating enhanced hydrogen bonding and interaction dynamics in ternary combinations at higher molalities.
