As the urban parking problem is becoming more and more serious, shared parking has attracted widespread attention. But the uncertainty factor in the shared parking process hinders its development. The core of the research is "whether the platform can match the demanders to the berths within the acceptable time". Based on the data of Beijing, a MNL model of shared parking user's choice behavior under the condition of "the platform can't match the berth in time" is built. It is found that the factors leading to users' withdrawal mainly lie in three aspects: parking habits, willingness and awareness of shared parking, and characteristics of shared berths. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
