摘要
As the digital economy develops rapidly, industrial chain resilience is a key driver of sustainable economy growth. This research examines data collected from 30 provinces in China between 2011 and 2023, using multiple regression models to assess how digital economy development impacts industrial chain resilience. The moderating effect analysis reveals that the digital economy influences resilience through two main channels: infrastructure development and factor market development. Robustness checks confirm that digital economy development significantly enhances industrial chain resilience. Additionally, heterogeneity analysis indicates that such a positive impact occurs more clearly in the eastern regions and areas with abundant natural resources.Establish funds to strengthen digital infrastructure and enhance the resilience of the industrial chain, break through obstacles to promote cross-provincial data connectivity and hierarchical financial support, implement governance simulation risks to generate indices, empower coastal areas to set up boxes and inland areas to use twins to stabilize the industrial chain, launch projects to attract public and private investment, and enhance the flexibility of quantum platforms.
