Extended follow-up of CD19 CAR T-cell therapy in connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension

We thank A.A. Mehta and M. Thomas for their interest in our recent research letter reporting the first application of CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy in a patient with refractory connective tissue disease-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (CTD-PAH) and the initial 6-month follow-up findings [1]. We have since evaluated the patient at 9 and 12 months. Herein, we provide extended clinical observations post-CAR T-cell infusion.
