Using Gestalt Graphology to Identify Entrepreneurial Leadership

Entrepreneurial leaders are key to economic success in postmodern society. This paper indicates that Gestalt graphologists, using handwriting alone, are able to identify successful entrepreneurs. Handwritings of entrepreneurs with proven success in business were paired with handwritings of a random sample from a national database of American households with telephones. The graphologists were asked to identify the handwriting of the successful entrepreneurs in each of the 40 pairs. The observed frequencies of success for the three graphologists were 31, 34, and 34 out of 40, respectively.
