摘要
Abstract Touch screen panel is one of the most innovative parts in modern electronic devices. We developed a single‐layer printed metal‐mesh touch screen sensor using projective capacitive touch sensing. The sensing electrodes and routing electrodes are printed at once forming a single layer by reverse‐offset printing using Ag nanoparticle ink. Each sensing electrode is composed of rectangular metal mesh. In this paper, we described the manufacturing process of 5“ single‐layer printed metal‐mesh touch sensor implemented on transparent plastic film.
