Embolization of Struts from an Inferior Vena Cava Filter

A 28-year-old woman who had had deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolus 10 years earlier presented with flank pain and was found to have multiple struts from an inferior vena cava filter that had embolized to the abdomen and right ventricle.
