摘要
A photoinduced palladium-catalyzed allylic Heck reaction has been developed, enabling direct coupling of allylic electrophiles with alkenes to furnish densely functionalized skipped and conjugated dienes. The transformation proceeds through a hybrid Pd allyl radical intermediate, which allows efficient and regioselective C-C bond formation while exhibiting broad substrate scope and high functional group tolerance. This work introduces a distinct radical-based pathway for the allylic Heck reaction, providing a general platform for the synthesis of complex 1,4- and 1,3-diene motifs and expanding the conceptual framework of photoinduced Pd catalysis.
