摘要
Tendon sheath inflammation is a common occupational disease of the hand, usually caused by repetitive movements or prolonged static postures, and often accompanied by discomfort and pain. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, appropriate stimulation of specific acupoints on the hand can promote blood circulation, relieve inflammation, and reduce muscle fatigue. In this study, we designed and implemented an STM32 microcontroller -controlled massage glove for tendon sheath inflammation therapy. The glove employs a gear - rack transmission mechanism to drive massage heads for precise acupoint pressure, enabling multi level force adjustment and multiple automatic massage modes. The system consists of a hardware actuation module, sensor feedback unit, main control chip, driver circuit, and human - machine interface, and incorporates graded pressure control and a time-based safety protection mechanism to ensure safe and comfortable operation. Experimental results demonstrate that the device is compact, easy to wear, and offers adjustable massage effects, indicating its potential for home healthcare and rehabilitation assistance.
