Application of the particle image velocimetry and particle tracking velocimetry system in tidal estuary model tests

The velocity field measurement by use of the particle image velocimetry and particle tracking velocimetry ( PIV/PTV) system in a tidal estuary model test has advantages of high speed and accuracy. A data processing software which has the function of visualizing the model velocity field is developed for the PIV/PTV system.
