TEXTURE AND FORMABILITY OF LOWCARBONDEEP DRAWING STEEL SHEET

The texture and its evolution of lowcarbon deep drawing steel sheet at main steps in production such as hotrolling,coldrolling and annealing have been investigated by means of ODFThe mechanical properties and formability of steel sheets were measuredResults show that ①the texture of lowcarbon deep drawing steel is similar to that of aluminiumkilled steel,but favorable texture components become more strong after rolling and annealing;②with optimal chemical composition and processing parameters the lowcarbon deep drawing steel with excellent formability of n=0193～0241,r=1684～1939 can be produced,which are better than SPCEN grade made in Japan
