At present stage in our country,the tendency of environmental worsening is not effective contained, environmental disasters occur frequently and environmental security situation is unoptimistic.People's health,the ecological environment and the economical development have been influenced seriously by continual environmental pollution event.The article proposes several measures to ensure environmental safety,to improve environmental condition and to speed up the step of constructing harmonious society.
