Parthers Selection Model for Virtual Enterprises under the Conditions of Imperfect Information

This paper puts forward a partners selection model for virtual enterprises under the conditions of imperfect information.The paper transforms the model under the conditions of imperfect information into the model of perfect information using risk factor.Genetic algorithms are employed to find the optimal solution of the model,which is demonstrated by an example.
