The Study Progress of Nitrogen Removal by Aerobic Denitrification Process

It has been widely accepted that denitrification can only occur in completely anaerobic condition. However, recent researches show that denitrification also can occur in fully aerobic condition. The mechanism of nitrogen removal by aerobic denitrification process is discussed. And the progress of domestic and foreign study on aerobic denitrification is also reviewed in this paper.
