Study on Radioprotection Effects of Rhodiola on Radiation-injured Rats

Objective To study the radioprotection effects of Rhodiola on radiation-injured rats.Methods SD rats were administrated Rhodiola by gavage each day,the indexs were measured after the radiotion of high energy X-ray accelerator.Results Rhodiola could increase peripheral-blood WBC numbers,myeloplast numbers,thymus and spleen index of radiation-injured rats.Conclusion Rhodiola obviously had radioprotection effects on rats.
