A Comparison of Independence between the Central Banks of China and Australia and Its Use for Reference

The independence of central bank of Australia has been reinforced after reform and development in decades.China on its way to market system is badly in need of such a central bank with high degree dependence;we should use the experiences of Australia and other developed countries for our reference in order to advance and perfect the independence of central bank of China.
