Filling Process for Brazing Filler Metal in Electrical Contact Resistance Brazing

The quenching experimention was designed to research the way of liquid bazing filler metal filling brazed gap.The brazing interface under different brazing time was scaned by JTUIS ultrasonic NDT imaging system.The relationship between the way of liquid brazing filler metal filling brazed gap and the temperature distribution of brazing interface was analyzed to find out the key impact factors.And then the fusion zone of the filling images were analyzed.By simulation,it can be obtained that the temperature distribution of brazing interface has great effects on the way of liquid brazing filler brazed gap.
