摘要
The combustion characteristics in cylinder of spark ignition engine fueled with gasoline, aviation kerosene and diesel are studied by simulation method. The combustion process of different fuels are compared and analysed from the aspects of combustion pressure and temperature in the cylinder, combustion heat release heat rate, flame surface development and so on. The results show that: the maximum detonation pressure and maximum combustion temperature in the cylinder of spark ignition engines fueled with gasoline, kerosene and diesel decrease in turn, the angle corresponding to the detonation pressure in gradually postponed, and the pressure rise rate is gradually increased. But the trend gradually slowed down. And at the same ignition advance angle, the deflagration tendency of the engine after burning three fuels gradually increases. The research results will lay a foundation for ignition, combustion system matching and optimization of spark ignition engine. What is more, it can provide theoretical guidance for the engineering application of heavy oil in spark ignition engine.
