摘要
This paper presents nimble jamming strategies targeting the downlink of 5G NR. Specifically, two approaches: Additive Gaussian White Noise (AWGN), designed to overwhelm noise, and Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) jamming, aimed at disrupting the demodulation of target signals through frequency-time variation-are employed to effectively interfere with the Synchronization Signal Block (SSB). To validate the effectiveness of the jamming, both simulation programs and real-time network communication quality assessments on mobile devices were conducted. The validation results indicate that the two proposed methods can achieve effective jamming on the 5G NR downlink SSB at Signal-to-Interference Ratios (SIR) of approximately − 10 dB and −12 dB, respectively. Compared to traditional high-power electromagnetic jamming techniques, the proposed methods offer significant advantages, including lower power consumption, the ability to target multiple jamming objectives, and higher flexibility.
