The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Systemic Iupus Erythematosus

Objective: To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods: Sixty patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group received routine intervention.The depression, anxiety scores, and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Result: After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.There was statistical significance in the comparative data.Conclusion: Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can alleviate their negative emotions, effectively improve their quality of life, and has clinical promotion value.
