摘要
MgFe2O4/MWCNT electromagnetic energy consumption hybrids were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method by integrating magnesium ferrite particles with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). Through the analysis of electromagnetic performance, the effect of variation in the ratio of the weight of magnesium ferrite to carbon nanotube on the wave-absorbing performance of these complexes has been investigated. Especially when the mass ratio of magnesium ferrite to MWCNT is 3:1, the MgFe2O4/MWCNT composite showed a greatest reflection wastage of −61.9 dB at 13.78 GHz when the thickness is 1.5 mm. These data demonstrate its potential as a lightweight and highly efficient wave-absorbing coating. This work investigated the influence of the mass ratio of magnetic loss material and dielectric loss material on the magnetic–electric coupling effect and wave-absorbing property of composite materials, which could offer several useful references for subsequent synthesis on wave-uptake materials.
