Исследование химического состава надземной части Hypericum perforatum L

By means of column chromatography from the aerial parts of Hypericum perforatum L. there were isolated for the first time in Russian Federation the nine compounds, namely: rutin, hyperoside, quercetin, hyperforin, 6,8 11-diquercetin, 3,8 11-biapigenin, ergosterol, β-sitosterol. The isolated components were identified by means of UV-, NMR-spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, TLC and of the comparison with the authentic samples of compounds.
