| 其它 | The lack of passive thermal retention technologies for power batteries in electric vehicles during low-temperature parking leads to rapid temperature drop, frequent actuation of preheating systems, increased energy consumption, delayed startup, and shortened service life of thermal management components, severely restricting low-temperature adaptability. This work proposes a composite thermal insulation board consisting of tetradecane-based composite phase change material (CPCM) and aerogel, integrated inside the battery module casing to form a passive heat storage-insulation system. The results show that the CPCM modified with 4 wt% expanded graphite exhibits stable phase change behavior, low supercooling, a thermal conductivity of 0.65 W·m−1·K−1, and a mass retention rate of 98.91% after heat-treatment without leakage.
