作者 Hong J.P.,Kim H.S.,Kim S.J.,Park S.B.,Cho M.J. 期刊European Neuropsychopharmacology 摘要：Background: Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is classified as one of the category under “depressive disorder not elsewhere classfied”. PMDD is known to be a common psychiatric problems in women with significant clinical, public health and socio-economical implications. There are only a few epidemiological data about premenstrual dysphoric disorder in the community despite an abundance of clinical and pharmacological study on PMDD. This is the first report of prevalence of PMDD in Asian countries. Aims: This study reports prevalence, comorbidity and correlates of premenstrual dysphoric disorder according to the criteria of DSM IV in a nationwide community sample of more than 2,000 women in Korea. Methods: The study samples was drawn from 10 areas in Korea. Two stage cluster sampling was used. |
