| 其它 | Abstract:the integration of generative artificial intelligence (gai) tools into higher engineering education holds transformative potential, especially in supporting programming and software development courses. this paper presents an exploratory study of gai application in a fourth-year elective course in the computer engineering program at the university of alcala, focused on the design and development of web applications. in the course, students are required to design and implement a web application using the model-view-controller (mvc) design pattern with both client-side and serverside technologies. the study explores the impact of chatgpt as a learning assistant, providing support in debugging, understanding, and implementing the mvc pattern. a conceptual model is proposed to evaluate the influence of chatgpt across three dimensions: support in the learning process, support in academic performance improvement, and academic integrity. additionally....... |
