摘要
Abstract Single‐phase PdTe nanoflakes are prepared by using a facile cation exchange reaction strategy, which naturally avoids the interference of impurity phases such as PdTe 2 . The distinct anisotropy in the temperature dependence of upper critical fields and the presence of Berezinskii‐Kosterlitz‐Thouless transition provide dual evidence of intrinsic 2D superconductivity in PdTe nanoflakes. The fabrication of PdTe nanoflakes with simple crystal structure provides an excellent material platform for capturing the long‐sought yet elusive Majorana fermions and developing topological quantum devices.
