摘要
High Resolution Image Download MS PowerPoint Slide With outstanding photovoltaic properties, metal halide perovskite materials have marked great achievements in the field of next-generation solar cells; however, there still remain some challenges that hinder the commercialization progress regarding device efficiency and stability. Introducing novel materials with enhanced properties in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is a promising strategy to overcome these difficulties. Two-dimensional materials (e.g., graphene and its derivatives, transition-metal dichalcogenides, and black phosphorus) have been widely investigated and applied in electronics and optoelectronics owing to their preeminent properties with the unique van der Waals structure. Herein recent advancements in the incorporation of 2D materials into PSCs are summarized. Three key points including optimizing perovskite crystallization, promoting charge transport, and passivating of defects for the enhanced efficiency and stability of PSCs by 2D materials are discussed. In the end, some perspectives on tackling the challenges for the PSCs and the 2D material coordination for higher device efficiency and stability are outlined.
