Effect of different factors on long-term stability of semiconductor gas sensor

Recent researches on long-term stability of semiconductor gas sensor were reported. Some important factors, such as gas-sensing material preparation, the physical and chemical character change of gas-sensing material with long-term application and catalyst deactivation are summarized. Future research emphases and research directions are also discussed.
