Algorithm for Image Fusion Based on Morphology

A edge-based image fusion technique is introduced in the paper.Edges are extracted by using morphology method.The output image can be obtained according to the edge intense-based criterion.The experiment results show that image details are enriched while spectral solution of TM image is reserved by fusing TM image with SPOT image in our image fusion method.
