Study on Inhibitory Activity of Lighteners Against Tyrosinase

The activity of thirteen kinds of skin lighteners were evaluated and compared by chemical method,i.e,by detemining inhitory activity against tyrosinase.The order for inhibitory activity against tyrosinase, IC_maxand IC_50were obtained. The diagrams of relation between each lightener concetration and its inhibitory activity were drawn. The relation between activity evaluation of lightener and its value of inhibitory activity against tyrosinase was discussed.
