Abstract In this research, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the content of rutin, myricetin and epicatechin in jujube effervescent granules. Methanol-0.1% formic acid water was used as the mobile phase, and the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm. The results showed that the content of rutin and myricetin has a good linear correlation (r>0.99) within the range of 1.0 μg to 50 μg, and the content of epicatechin also has a good linear correlation (r>0.99) in the range of 1.5 μg to 100 μg. The recovery of rutin, myricetin and epicatechin were 99.1 %, 98.6 % and 101.8 %, respectively. Furthermore, the total content of the three flavonoids in jujube effervescent granules was 472.19 μg/g, the content of rutin, myricetin and epicatechin was 433.75 μg/g, 6.46 μg/g and 31.98 μg/g, respectively.
