摘要
A hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite shows great application potential because of its micromesoporous structure. However, a hierarchical ZSM-5 was usually synthesized in the presence of an additional organic mesotemplate, which limited its popular application. Here, a hierarchically structured ZSM-5 was obtained through a newly developed carbonate-assisting process. The characterization results showed that the obtained materials featured an extraordinary mesoporosity structure (surface area of mesopores 106 m2·g–1 and mesoporosity volume of 0.13 cm3·g–1) and high degree of crystallization. Additionally, in the traditional catalytic cracking of heavy raw oil, the catalysts prepared from the materials exhibited much improved catalytic performances because of their enhanced meosoporosity amounts.
