Results:The analysis showed that T max ranged from 1 to 4 h after administration.The C max of the average plasma concentration was roughly 1.0 μg/mL.The plasma concentration of itraconazole at 24 h after administration averaged 0.30 μg/mL.The half-life was 10.3 h, which is shorter than that of humans and slightly longer than that of Humboldt penguins, compared to the previous results. Conclusions:The blood drug concentration of 0.30 μg/mL at 24 h after itraconazole administration was higher than the MIC of 0.28 μg/ mL for the standard fungus of Aspergillus fumigatus.However, this study result has some individual differences.In the future, we will investigate the possibility that the age, sex, and body weight of individuals may affect pharmacokinetics, as well as compare actual measurements and simulations of repeated dosing, and will continue to study other penguin species as well.
