摘要
For the first time, the microwave dielectric properties of Ca2YTaO6 ceramics have been investigated. The phase structure of these ceramics was confirmed through XRD, refinement, and Raman spectroscopy analysis. The refined lattice parameters were determined to be a = 5.59493 Å, b = 5.81154 Å, c = 8.05850 Å, and V = 262.023668 Å3. Furthermore, the FWHM of Raman spectra was found to be inversely proportional to Q × f. XPS was employed to determine the composition and valence of the Ca2YTaO6 ceramic elements. The microwave dielectric properties of Ca2YTaO6 ceramics calcined at 1475 °C were found to be εr = 23.02, Q × f = 25,966 GHz (f = 7.1GHz), and τf = -22.5 ppm/℃.
