摘要
Lightweight is indispensable in the field of future electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. A low areal density three-dimensional leaf-structured carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) aerogel (noted as CGA) was prepared. In CGA, vein-structured CNTs expand conductive network of mesophyll-structured rGO, which promotes reflection and absorption of electromagnetic waves (EMWs) inside the materials, resulting in excellent EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) of 33.1 dB at the areal density of 2.27 mg·cm−2. EMI SE divided by areal density of the material was measured as 14581 dB·cm2·g−1. Furthermore, EMI SE of the composites prepared by three layers of CGA and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was increased to 72.5 dB. The heat resistance index was increased by 10.29 °C compared with pure PDMS.
