Determination of the Three Flavone Ingredients from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea

Objective To detect the variation of the content of hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin extracted from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatea which was picked in different period.Methods HPLC was performed on Platisil ODS(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),the mobile phase is CH 3 OH(A)-CH 3 CN(B)-4%HAc(C)with gradient elution of A:B:C=10:15:75 in 0~25 min;the proportion changed to 50:15:35 in 25~40 min and keep it for 30 min.The column temperature is 30℃,the flow rate is 1 mL/min.Detection wavelength is 283 nm in the former 50 min,then 332 nm in the later 20min.Results The content of hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin gradually decreased,decreases with the postponement of picking time.
