Centrifugal Pump Cavitation Determination Factor Analysis and its Prevention

Centrifugal pump was a kind of extensive use of fluid machinery,cavitation phenomenon of centrifugal pump was seriously influenced the work performance.The centrifugal pump cavitation causes of the problems,two factors influenced of centrifugal pump cavitation were analyzed.Through the analysis of the effects of the NPSHr and in practical application,the prevention measures were put forward to reduce the cavitation erosion occurs,so as to improve the efficiency of centrifugal pump.
