Progress in Functionalized Modification of Ethylene-propylene Elastomers

The research progress of functionalized ethylene-propylene elastomers in recent years are reviewed,the modifications of copolymerization,halogenation,ionization and grafting for the elastomers introduced respectively.The thermal stability,mechanical behavior,oil resistance,miscibility,vulcanization, flame retardance and electrical performance of the elastomers are improved greatly with the modifications, applied range of the elastomers broadened.
