Study on spring back of V-shaped bending of aluminum alloy sheet

The relationship between spring back angle and bending angle,and relative bending radius in the V-shaped bending of aluminum alloy sheet was investigated.The difference of spring back angle between wide and narrow sheet bending was analyzed.The results indicated that the spring back angle decreased with the increase of bending angle but with the decrease of relative bending radius.In addition the spring back angle of thick sheet was obviously smaller than that of thin sheet;but it was not affected clearly by the sheet width.
