Screening and analysis of thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroid stimulating hormone in pregnant woman

Objective To investigate importance of screening of thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroid stimulating hormone.Methods According to the testing results of thyroid function,the pregnant women were divided into two groups.There were 53 cases of thyroid function and 49 cases of thyroid dysfunction.The level of TPO-Ab and TSH were detected by ECLIA.Results Positive rate of TPO-Ab in thyroid function group was 79.24%,and positive rate of TPO-Ab in thyroid dysfunction group was 10.20%.The TPO-Ab results of 47 pregnant women were positive,in which the results of 10 TSH examples were exceptional(21.3%),55 TPO-Ab negative and 4 TSH were exceptional(7.5%).Conclusion The thyroid function of pregnant women with positive TPO-Ab is in disorder,and the TPO-Ab positive pregnancies show the tendency of sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
