Research on University Technology Transfer Offices in Italy and the Referential Experiences

As an intermediary which aims to promote the transfer from scientific research to industries,university technology transfer offices are paid much attention to by the government,university and industry in the world.This paper firstly introduces the present situation of Italian university technology transfer activities.Then,it points out the important role that Italian university technology transfer offices playing in technology transfer activities.After the review of development stages of Italian technology transfer offices,the paper studies the key successful factors of Italian technology transfer offices.At last,the referential experiences are drawn for Chinese university technology transfer activities.
