【Objective】To study the effect of rhNK4 at different concentrations on invasion of multiple tumor cells.【Methods】The invasive capacity of human ophoroma cells, human cervical cancer cells, breast cancer cells, and human bladder cancer cells was evaluated by reconstituted basement membrane invasion assay.【Results】 rhNK4 factor suppressed human oophoroma cells, human cervical cancer cells, breast cancer cells, and human blad-der cancer cells that invaded the reconstituted basement membrane by 48.2%,29.6%,58.4% and 30.1%.【Conclu-sion】rhNK4 factor can inhibit the invasion of multiple tumor cells.
