From Educational Management to Educational Leadership——The Establishing of Educational Leadership as a Discipline

Before the 1980s,what was concerned by the management circles was management issues.After the 1980s,due to the flourishing development of foreign leaders' disciplines,the leadership of the scientific and other disciplines,the education leadership turns to separation gradually from its jurisdiction status in the past.During more than 20 years development,the semantic shift of education management and educational leadership has occured.Education leadership training and research institutions have been emergencing in a rapid speed,and the knowledge systems of leadership theory have been very rich,including the basic concepts of educational leadership,the basic content of effective leadership,educational leadership,educational leadership theories and so on.Education leadership has become a discipline which is interlinked,cross-cutting,but a relatively independent with educational management disciplines.
