Interstitial lung disease in dermatomyositis

In order to study the interstitial lung disease(ILD)in dermatomyositis,36 cases of dermatomyositis patients hospitalized in the Third Hospital of Beijing University were analyzed,8 cases of them(22.2%)had ILD.The dermatomyositis patients complicated by ILD had a high incidence of fever(87.5%) and cough(62.5%) and a higher positive rate of serum autoantibodies to Jo 1(57.1%),RNP(42.9%) and ANA(57.1%) compared with dermatomyositis patient without ILD.
