The preliminary study on biochemical composition and its nutrition value of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.)

Biochemical compositions of turbot ( Scophthalmus maximus L.) were analyzed. According to the characteristics of biochemical composition,some nutritional requiements and nutritional values of turbot were discussed. This will help people to make further research on the nutrtional requiements of the turbot to improve nutritional balances of compounding feeds for turbot.
