Pathogen Identification of Bacterial Speck of Angelica dahurica

A new bacterial disease in Angelica dahurica was first found in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui province in 2000-2001.10 strains were isolated from leaves of Angelica dahurica.Inoculation on Angelica dahurica seedings with the strains produced the same symptom as infected plants. All 10 isolates were probably a new strain as Pseudomonas syringae pvs on Angelica dahurica by the identifications of pathogenicity,strain reactions, morphological characterization,culturing pattern,physiological and biochemical reactions,and G+Cmol%.
