The Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Calcium Antagonists in Cardiovascular Disease

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions and preventive measures of calcium antagonists in cardiovascular disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of the main clinical application of calcium antagonists situation and adverse reactions. Results There were 38 cases of adverse reactions in the 240 patients treated with calcium antagonists in cardiovascular disease, the rate was 15.8%.Mostly caused by nifedipine and nimodipine, the most common adverse events were flushing, headache, dizziness.Conclusion Calcium antagonists in the treatment of cardiovascular disease plays a very important role.But it should be based on the pharmacological effects of calcium antagonists, dose, dosage form, the patient's individual differences and age for appropriate choice of drugs to avoid adverse reactions.
