Objective:In this study the phenol degradation genetically engineered bacteria Bacillus subtilis dqly-2 was constructed.Method:Pseudomonas aeruginosa zl1f4 and Bacillus subtilis BHf3-4 are phenol degrade-ation bacterias.C23O gene(SYJ)was PCR amplified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa zl1f4 and the recombinant plasmid was transformed into Bacillus subtilis BHf3-4.Phenol degradation rate of Bacillus subtilis dqly-2 and Bacillus subtilis BHf3-4 was detected.Result:After 96 hours,Phenol degradation rate of Bacillus subtilis dqly-2(96.18%)was higher than that of Bacillus subtilis BHf3-4(84.78%).Conclusion:Phenol degradation genetically engineered bacteria Bacillus subtilis dqly-2 was constructed.
