Analysis on Evaluation Reliability of A Single Expert During Process of Approach Evaluation

The concepts of Kendall coefficient of concordance and Spearman rank correlation coefficient are elaborated in this paper.The reliability of a single evaluation expert is tested by using Spearman rank correlation in the process of project assessment,where a number of experts are involved,and furthermore,corresponding instance is provided to elaborate this theory.The results indicate that Spearman rank correlation coefficient can test the reliability of a single expert evaluation.
