Research on application of nanometer silver colloid in antibacterial coating for internal wall

An antibacterial coating for internal wall was prepared by using nanometer silver colloid as antibacterial material.The nanometer silver colloid was characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrometer.The morphology,particle size and distribution,stability,antibacterial effect of nanometer silver colloid and the traditional properties as well as antibacterial ratio of the resulting coating were investigated.The results show that nanometer silver colloid is an ideal antibacterial material and the coating has excellent antibacterial performance.
